The client deposits any amount to the agency, which will be used to pay for the agency's recruitment services, thereby fixing the amount of the agency's final commission.

  • Timeframe to fill the vacancy - 3 months (max.).
  • Free replacement guarantee- 3 months (3 replacements).
  • Number of resumes- 20 (max.).
  • Agency fee - 15% of the candidate’s annual income (52 weeks).

Conclusion of an agreement

Select a tariff and sign an agreement with the agency.

  • Prepaid or Postpaid

    If you choose a prepaid tariff, the agency will start the personnel selection process and submit candidates for review within the timeframe and quantity specified in your chosen plan.

    If you choose a postpaid plan, you'll pay a registration fee of 320 euro for managing the position and accessing the candidates' contacts. After the registration fee is paid, the agency begins processing the application (4-5 candidates per proposal. Clients receive the candidates' contacts and can communicate with them directly and conduct interviews at their convenience. The registration fee is non-refundable, but deducted from the agency's commission.

  • Agency commission

    With a prepaid plan, the client must pay full commission before processing the selection begins.

    With a postpaid plan, the commission is paid in full by the client after the candidate accepts the job offer. If the collaboration is contractual, this is after the signing of the employment contract or agreement, but before the employee begins work.

Trial days for Domestic and Childcare Staff

  • 1–3 days — for all personnel;
  • 7 days — for house managers and butlers;
  • 1–7 days — for foreign personnel and personnel traveling to work in another country.

We ask you to use the trial days to assess the candidate's professional qualities, knowledge and skills, and not for temporary use. The client pays trial days to the candidate (for the days worked based on the cost of the future working day multiplied by the number of trial days) and to the agency if the candidate who completed the trial days did not fit (25% of the amount received by the candidate). If the candidate is suitable for the client, then there is no charge for trial days.

Replacement guarantee

  • 3 months — if the client has fired the candidate;
  • 6 months — if the candidate resigned by his own decision.

If the client decides to replace the candidate, they will have 3 free replacements during the warranty period.

The guarantee for free replacement of yacht staff is 1 month for a seasonal contract (1 replacement) and 6 months for an annual contract (3 replacements).
