Yacht Crew Positions We Recruit
Command and Senior Crew
Captains, relief captains, rotational captains, chief officers, first officers, yacht pursers and other senior management positions on board.
Engineering and Technical Crew

How We Assess Yacht Crew Candidates
Yacht crew may have access to confidential itineraries, guests, children, valuable assets and sensitive information about the owner’s private life. We therefore examine each candidate’s employment history, references, certifications, availability, interpersonal skills, communication style and commitment to privacy.
For UHNW clients in Dubai, technical competence and relevant yacht experience are only part of the assessment. We also look for discreet service, emotional maturity, cultural awareness, impeccable conduct and compatibility with the principal and existing crew.
