Employers assess career stability, references, communication skills, business etiquette, accuracy in documentation, loyalty, punctuality and the ability to remain calm in unusual or high-pressure situations.

Working in Wealth Management and Private Banking requires more than financial expertise. It also demands a high degree of trustworthiness, confidentiality, professional maturity and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Candidates must understand the private client environment, where accuracy, reliability, reputation, considered communication and the responsible handling of sensitive information are essential.
Professional ethics, attention to detail, financial expertise, structured thinking, clear communication, business etiquette, knowledge of international service standards and the ability to work with banks, lawyers, tax advisers, investment advisers, family offices and external service providers are particularly important.

You can register with the agency in several ways:
To register for opportunities in family offices, Wealth Management, Private Banking, yachting or private households, please complete our online form.
REGISTERTo create your candidate profile, please provide copies of the following documents, where applicable:
- passport, UAE residence visa or Emirates ID;
- a professional profile photograph;
- education diploma or degree certificate;
- relevant professional certificates and licences;
- references from previous employers, preferably at least three;
- police clearance certificate, if requested for the position;
- valid driving licence for driving roles;
- a one- to two-minute video introduction.
Additional documents may be requested depending on the role, location and employer’s requirements. Please do not send sensitive documents through unsecured channels unless requested by an authorised agency representative.
Visits to the agency’s Dubai office are available by prior appointment only.
We invite candidates to the office when they are being considered for a specific vacancy or when an in-person meeting is required. An agency recruiter will agree the date and time in advance and send a personal invitation.
The candidate agreement may be completed remotely. Following the interview, an agency representative may send the candidate a secure link to review the terms, provide the required information and accept the document online.
The agreement enables the agency to represent the candidate to prospective employers lawfully and accurately. We may share your CV and professional profile with a client only after receiving your consent to process your personal data and represent you in connection with relevant recruitment assignments.
Our clients are private families and established organisations for whom recruitment involves trust, reputation and security. They expect more than a CV: they require a professionally reviewed profile supported by verified experience and an accurate employment history.
Before presenting a candidate to a client, the agency conducts preliminary reference checks with previous employers or their authorised representatives. If the references are verified and consistent with the experience stated by the candidate, the profile may proceed to the next stage.
In the premium private sector, verbal or written references are an essential part of a professional profile. They confirm not only the candidate’s competence but also their reliability, integrity, discretion, communication style and ability to work in a position of trust.
Some candidates prefer to provide references directly to the employer after their profile has been submitted. However, the agency cannot present a candidate without first verifying the experience claimed. This process protects the client’s interests and maintains the professional standard expected of candidates represented by the agency.
Candidates wishing to be considered for senior or high-trust positions should therefore prepare current written or verbal references from previous employers, line managers or authorised representatives in advance.
A concise one- to two-minute video introduction is an important part of a candidate’s professional presentation and is comparable in value to a high-quality profile photograph.
A photograph alone may not give an employer a complete impression before an interview. A short video helps demonstrate communication style, spoken English or other required languages, professional presentation, confidence, attention to detail and overall self-presentation.
In the premium sector, candidates present not only their experience but also their attitude towards a prospective employer. Carefully prepared application materials demonstrate genuine interest in the opportunity and respect for the client’s time.
A video introduction can save time for the employer, their representatives, the recruiter and the candidate by enabling an initial communication and presentation assessment before arranging an in-person meeting or travel.
Many private and corporate clients request a video introduction alongside the candidate’s CV. Preparing a short professional video in advance can therefore strengthen the candidate’s profile and support a more complete presentation to prospective employers.
